So there are weeks where it is hard to cook as many meals at home as you normally like. This is one of those weeks. Wednesday's night of running errands, called for a quick bite out. And when your husband wants to take you for a romantic dinner date on a Thursday, well Im not turning that down! Tonight will consist of leftovers from last night's fabulous Italian dinner, and with the out of town wedding of a dear friend this weekend (YEA SARAH!!!), cooking will be a faint memory until Tuesday of next week.
So never fear, dear friends, I am still around, my cooking gene hasnt recessed, it's just been one of those weeks!
